MultiLok-24® is a structural standing seam roof system preferred for weathertight low slope applications. Multilok-24 uniquely offers three field-seaming options to suit the varying wind uplift requirements.

Features / Benefits
- Weathertight 3 inch high standing seam with concealed clips and fasteners.
- Tested in accordance with ASTM E1680 (air infiltration) and ASTM E1646 (water infiltration).
- Ideal for both new and retrofit construction.
- Factory mutual approved. Class 1-60 (5'-0" spacing) and Class 1-90 (4'-0" spacing).
- Has been tested in accordance with ASTM E1592 (wind uplift).
- Has been tested in accordance with UL580 (class 90) and meets UL90 wind uplift requirements.
- Floating roof clips allow for movement to accommodate thermal expansion on very long runs.
- Factory-applied seam and clip sealant assures a weathertight and fast installation.
- Choose from three different seam configurations (RollLok, TripleLok, or QuadLok) depending on project requirements.
- MultiLok-24 system includes trim and accessories.
- An 18" wide modular panel is offered for a clean finish at the rake.
- Recommended minimum slope of 1/4":12.
