Design Span®hp
Design Span®hp is a performance-rated structural standing seam metal roof system with net coverage of 12", 17" up to 24". Design Span®hp is excellent as a roof over metal or wood decking, and as a fascia or mansard over plywood or supports.

Features / Benefits
- Subtle striations between ribs on 17" and wider panels reduce the appearance of oil-canning.
- Available in 24 and 22 gauge in a variety of standard colors in the DuraTech®5000 and Duratech®mx (polyvinylidene flouride) coating systems, including ZACtique®II or bare Zincalume® or Galvalume® Plus.
- Tested in accordance with UL580 & ASTM E1592.
- Meets UL 90 wind uplift requirement for 12”, 17” and 18” wide panels.
- Has been tested for air infiltration per ASTM E1680, and water infiltration per ASTM E1646.
- Can be installed over solid substrates or spaced support members at spans to 4'-0".
- Available with a 1 1/8" notch at both ends of each panel for the ease of turning under; reducing installation labor and costs.
- Factory applied butyl sealant is standard.
- Snap-together panel, no field seaming required.
- Wide batten cap available for a bold appearance.
- Recommended minimum slope of 3:12.
- Manufactured in Fontana, CA and Tacoma, WA.
